Car Show Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 4th annual Historic Downtown Campbell Car Show on June 6, 2026. We couldn't do this without help from our community and we greatly appreciate you donating your time to help. As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will get a free car show t-shirt of their choice. 

Please see below for descriptions of the positions that we need to fill and then complete the form at the bottom of the page to volunteer. If you have any questions, please email volunteers@downtowncampbell.com.  

Volunteer Positions

Completing this form only tells us what positions you're interested in. Choose every job and time slot you're interested in doing. We will contact you directly to work out a specific assignment.

Check-in Team

This team will be checking in cars as they arrive at the staging area and directing them toward the car show grounds. Cars will gather in the parking lot of the Campbell Community Center and be organized into groups that will enter Downtown Campbell together.

Shifts: 6:30am-9am

Setup Assistant

You will shadow the judging team during the setup period of the show and will help with anything they need. You may be asked to run supplies, direct cars to assigned areas, or help with communications.

Must be able to stand entire shift and easily walk 5 blocks briskly.

Shifts: 6:30am-9am

Info Table

You will help orient other volunteers, give t-shirts to entrants, sell t-shirts, and sell tickets for the prize drawing. 

Shifts: 8:30am - 12:30pm and 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Show Attendant

Your job is to answer basic questions and monitor the cross streets leading into Downtown Campbell to redirect any cars that make a wrong turn. You mostly just need to be seen. Please indicate if you need to be seated.

Shifts: 8:30am - 12:30pm and 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Popcorn Booths

Each booth will be staffed by 2 people who will operate the popcorn machines and hand out free popcorn. You will need to stand for your entire shift. 

Shifts: 8:30am - 12:30pm and 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Volunteer Coordination

We will need help handing out supplies and providing instructions the day before the show to volunteers working staging and setup. You will need to be available on the evening of Friday, June 5th.
